Kale chips

Anybody had luck making baked kale chips? Mine didn't turn out quite like I hoped. Roothy, will you post that kale recipe we had at Thanksgiving?

  2. Momcat--the recipe is simple. Just take any frozen fruit you like, lace it with soy (or almond or whatever) milk, and then toss in a handful of spinach. Whir. Drink. Seriously, it is that simple. Add as much spinach as you can tolerate. A handful is good, but frankly, probably doesn't even amount to a serving.
